Location: Cheltenham - Fulltime onsite and Hybrid working arrangements available

Clearance: Candidates must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance "Green badge" (eDV). UKSV/MoD clearances are not eligible for these positions.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering results in secure government environments, particularly within the national security sector. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in projects that safeguard our nation's most critical interests.

 

Your Role:
As a Business Analyst in this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements for secure systems and processes.
  • Translate business needs into actionable solutions that align with national security protocols.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, workflows, and process models, adhering to security standards.
  • Support project delivery by identifying risks, dependencies, and critical success factors in secure environments.

Skills 

  • Expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Knowledge 

  • A deep understanding of secure government operations, protocols, and the challenges within national security projects.
