Location: Cheltenham - Fulltime onsite and Hybrid working arrangements available
Clearance: Candidates must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance "Green badge" (eDV). UKSV/MoD clearances are not eligible for these positions.

Your Role:
As a Business Analyst in this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements for secure systems and processes.
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions that align with national security protocols.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, workflows, and process models, adhering to security standards.
- Support project delivery by identifying risks, dependencies, and critical success factors in secure environments.
Skills
- Expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge
- A deep understanding of secure government operations, protocols, and the challenges within national security projects.
