Consultants - National Security

Job Title: Consultant.

We have positions available from grade 3 to grade 7 (Junior, Mid, Senior, Principal, Managing)

Location: Cheltenham (Remote-first and Hybrid Options Available)

Security Clearance: Applicants must hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance (eDV) "Green badge". There is no scope to obtain this level of clearance prior to starting.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced consultants specialising in Business Analysis, Business Change, or Delivery Management to work on secure government projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience/knowledge of the intelligence and security domains, possessing strong analytical and management skills. Your expertise will contribute to driving transformation in a high-security setting, ensuring project success through strategic change and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on projects within secure government sectors.
• Provide subject matter expertise in business analysis, change management, or delivery.
• Engage with key stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational processes and service delivery.
• Maintain and update project documentation, providing progress reports as required.

Essential Requirements:

• Expertise in Business Analysis, Business Change, or Delivery Management.
• Extensive experience working in secure government environments.
• Highest level of UK Government security clearance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and agile environment.
