Clearance: Candidates must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance (eDV) "Green badge"

Role Overview

Are you a specialist within Project & Delivery Management?

One of our key clients has recently experienced significant growth, we are delighted to have the chance to look to recruit Project & Delivery Management Specialists to our team.

Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to work 5 days a week onsite in Cheltenham. We will of course look to give you the opportunity to work from home where possible.

Required Expertise

Must have:

• Confident in managing customer expectations when leading deliveries in a fast paced environment.
• The ability to adopt and adapt delivery style depending on the requirement
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

Great to have:

• Experience in a variety of delivery methodologies, such as PRINCE2/Waterfall, Agile
• Experience working with specialist technology teams
• Confident to context switch and handle multiple deliveries
• 5-7 years experience in a similar role 
• Delivery in the Telecoms, Cyber, Cloud or Technology sectors
• Experience working in environments that have moved from “Traditional” delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2) to “new ways of working” (e.g. Agile).
• Knowledge of frameworks/methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, Lean

Note: Due to the security requirements for this role, you must also have current eDV clearance. There is no scope to obtain this level of clearance prior to starting.
