£560 - £590 per day Outside IR35

Manchester or Preston on a hybrid basis

iO Associates are working with a leading consultancy in Business Change & Analysis.

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a mixed-consultancy team to help deliver a crucial piece of work in the National Security space.

This role will only be suitable to those holding UK*C DV Clearance that has been used within the last 2 months. 

Responsibilities for this role will include: 

• Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to identify business requirements, building relationships and clarifying mutual needs.
• Work with the Product Manager and Delivery Manager to scope requirements 
• Working closely with the developers and technical teams to understand the possibilities and limitations of the stakeholders requirements
• Help the team visualise outcomes and prioritise work.
• Use agile methodology to identify the best processes or tools to use.
• Identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful transition of projects into live service.
• Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Make sure outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy. 
• Identify the link between current and future business models.
• Challenge constructively to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose.
• Facilitate collaboration and effective communication.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - balancing workload and priorities according to project goals.

Essentials: 

• Experience working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary, agile project teams.
• Must hold active U**C DV (which unfortunately is not the same as UKSV DV) 
• Experience using a range of agile tools and techniques to establish requirements for any given project.
• Able to get to site on a regular basis for key workshops, collaboration & inter-team communications
