Change and Business Improvement Manager
EXCITING NEW REQUIREMENT FOR A BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER TO JOIN A KEY GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT
- Seeking a Change and Business Improvement Manager
- Contract until 31/3/2025
- 2 days a week on-site (either Bootle or Cumbria)
- Up to £650pd via Umbrella
- BPSS clearance sponsored by the client
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will bring your skills in business architecture, business analysis, digital design and delivery, operational improvement and business change to design and deliver some major digital and business transformation initiatives. Some key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing new operating models
- Re-viewing existing working practices and identifying areas for improvement in organisational design.
- Working with BAs to develop service and process catalogues
- Helping implement transformations to organisational ways of working and structures.

- Previous experience in end-to-end process design and improvement
