eDV Senior Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer

£550/day Inside IR35

12 Month initial contract with likely extension

On-site in Gloucestershire with flexibility for condensed hours etc.

iO Associates are working with a National Security based client who need a Release Train Engineer/ Senior Scrum Master to come on board for a long term, outside IR35 assignment.

For this role, you will need to be able to work predominantly on-site due to the nature of the work however there is flexibility around doing condensed hours etc. 

Key skills and experience required for this role:

• Ensure clear communication by working alongside Scrum Masters to remove obstructions
• Strong understanding of the SAFe (Scaled Agile) Framework and ability to use various agile methods such as Kanban & Scrum
• Be a Lean-Agile Leader 
• Produce and present Agile Release Train (ART) level metrics to help improve the ART Scrum Masters & help to problem-solve
• Working knowledge in various tech including Cloud Computing, Big Data, DevSecOps, and Automation
• SAFe certifications
