eDV IT / Technical Project Manager

2 x eDV Cleared Technical Project Managers

Hybrid working: 3 days per week on-site in Cheltenham

£600 - £615 per day Inside IR35

Flexible start date to accommodate notice periods

Initial 12 month contract

iO Associates are partnered with a consultancy who are heavily embedded in the National Security space and they are looking to increase their capacity to take on new work that their clients desperately want.

There are 2 x major projects that they would like to bring consultants in for, both are within an Agile Tech transformation programme.

To be considered, you must already hold active eDV / U**C DV clearance*, and be an existing contractor (unfortunately cannot accept current permanent staff).

As the Project Manager for our client, you'll ideally have a strong background in technical, commercial and Agile project delivery and will be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders such as engineers to help remove any issues to enable continuous delivery to customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with high-level customers to help determine their problems
• Helping to manage the successful delivery of projects
• Working closely with internal & external technical teams
• Balancing both delivery pressures and software quality for multiple projects
• Understanding and awareness of commercial challenges

Ideal Skills:

• Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies 
• Customer focussed
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Forecasting, planning, risk management, financial reporting etc.
• Great communication skills with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders and team members

Hold UK*C DV but this role isn't quite right for you?
