The starting salary is £33,348 which includes allowances totalling £2,841.

The salary is broken down as £30,507 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £32,639. Plus, a location allowance of £1,841 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) is more than officers on the front line. In fact, there’s a whole range of professionals providing support behind the scenes. As an HR Administrator, you’ll be part of this vital team and put your skills to good use. Play your part in protecting the UK – join us.

This is a great opportunity to join the national CT Policing network. Your main task will be to provide administrative support across the HR function and different areas of the service. Day to day, you’ll help with vetting, talent attraction and service delivery in a busy and varied role. You could be doing anything from managing recruitment and processing paperwork to collating information and updating records.

To make the grade, you must be an experienced Administrator with proven skills. You’ll be able to work with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), meet deadlines and deliver high quality work. Clear communication is another key quality that’s essential in this role. It’s important you can support others, share ideas and work as part of a team. Above all, you must share our motivation to give 100%. If you’re driven and organised with an eye for detail, we could have a home for your skills.
