Job Details

About DXC Technology

DXC Technology is a global IT services leader dedicated to delivering excellence for our customers and colleagues.  We operate in over 60+ countries, over 130 000 employees, and a wide customer base and have a track record of 60+ years of innovation.

About the Role

The Solution Integrator (SI) is a client-facing role and a technical authority for solutioning Account Growth Requests (AGR) and Add-On existing requests (Non-Standard Service Requests, or NSSRs) in the DXC organization. They are the owner for all Delivery Led technical solutioning requests and the liaison between Service Lines, Delivery teams and the account /
customer team for pre-sales activities. The SI takes input from the customer and Delivery teams and documents and defines customer requirements. After requirements are clearly understood between both the requester and the SI, the SI creates standard solution components and/or collects collateral from various technical inputs to ensure alignment of the solution across our client’s requirements. The technical solution and any contract/SOW need to be integrated into a cost-effective solution that meets the client's needs and maximizes DXC’s competitive advantage.

The SI must understand the DXC offerings and have a sound business understanding of how the solutioning and current pricing impact and how they can help improve the overall margin and performance of the accounts they support. Upon completion of the solution, the cost for the
related project work is compiled into standard cost model tools and the proposal is submitted for internal governance, and then for customer approval.

Skills and experience required
