WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting a UX Designer for a National Security client in London. Our teams are what lead us forward and we are therefore looking for the best talent to join us as we continue to bring the best to the table. Due to the nature of our clients, you must have enhanced DV clearance.

WHAT WILL THE SERVICE DESIGNER BE DOING?

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team to interpret technical and non-technical requirements to design a comprehensive service that meets digital user needs. As essentially a servant leader, you'll keep pace with the introduction of relevant agile / lean tools and techniques and remove obstacles and blockers that might get in the way of delivery.

WE NEED THE SERVICE DESIGNER TO HAVE….

  • Must hold DV Security Clearance
  • Experience of designing to GDS Principles
  • Experience in prioritising and defining user stories
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes
  • Experience in interpreting technical and non-technical requirements
  • Experience of working within the public sector
  • Agile/Lean delivery processes
