Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30-16:30

We are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join our team at RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, UK. This role involves working on an exciting contract supporting the 48th Civil Engineer Squadron/Engineering Flight. RAF Lakenheath is the largest US Air Force-operated base in England and the only US Air Force in Europe (USAFE) to have the F-15 fighter wing.

About The Role

• Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQ's, and other documentation.
• Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineer.

About You

• Current SC Clearance held.
• MRICS certification through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Desired).
• 5 years of experience working with SPONS and Parametric
• Cost Estimating.NEC3 contract experience is desirable.
