The right person for this role will have a proven track record of business analysis, including in agile environments, with the ability to translate strategy and end-to-end business design into detailed outcomes relating to change initiatives.

About the role
This Business Analyst role is being recruited to manage and make changes to processes around aspects of a significant project reviewing the protective security of a number of key sites around Greater London. The protective security under consideration includes technical and physical measures, security officers and policing. The project aims to ensure the protective security at each site is proportionate, efficient and value for money. Project Management skills would also be essential for this role

Duties and responsibilities
    Working alongside the senior project manager to analyse the processes and roles of protective security model alongside broader delivery of the project. This includes identifying key dependencies and impacts to the delivery of a future security model. This will support the development of implementation plans for each site. Supporting the project manager in tenders for the procurement process. Travel to secure sites around Greater London area

Skills and experience requirements
    Experienced Operational Business Analyst who holds Project Management skills Experience overseeing an operational business analysis and change (people and processes) Experienced in culture change and change impact, whilst being people focused High level stakeholder management experience Strong presentation skills Systematic approach to problem solving Must be a team player with the ability to work independently Public sector, policing or security experience would be beneficial but is not a necessity MS Office proficient Holds SC Clearance

The successful candidate will need to complete a video interview and go through an SC Clearance check.
