Senior Systems Requirements Engineer 

Salary Range from £45,000 to £68,000 depending on experience.

Location – Salisbury with Hybrid working- Some travel required.

Our client, a leader within the Defence IT industry is currently looking for a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer to capture complex and technical Systems Requirements for their customers as well as supporting across other areas of the Systems Lifecycle.

Establish their own network of contacts, share their knowledge, and leverage their connections for mutual benefit. They should have a passion for continuous learning and be willing to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. Additionally, they should be open to making mistakes as part of the learning process and should possess a strong drive to complete tasks and achieve results.

Required:

• Degree or relevant qualification in Engineering, Maths, Physics or similar  Develop Systems across the product development lifecycle  Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle. Able and willing to obtain SC level security clearance and above, UK eyes only. Proficient in developing complex requirements and compliant System Designs Effective stakeholder management with a focus on clients. Comfortable and proficient in utilizing various tools, including Excel, PowerBI, DOORS, and ICE. Capable of recognizing and addressing skill gaps and needs within teams or individuals to effectively deliver present and future projects. Provide technical solutions to complex engineering problems by following Systems Engineering processes.

Desired:

• Proficiency in developing databases, including familiarity with object-oriented databases and structured query languages (SQL). Support the Bid process Design, Development and Delivery of Systems Engineering artefacts Technical direction and technical influence across a range of Projects Design reviews Ensure compliance and agreed processes with customers. Review and sign off any Systems related technical documentation
