Systems Engineer

Our client in Cheltenham is looking for a Systems Engineer to join them for a 12-month contract. This role is inside IR35.



Key activities

• Systems engineer to support work required to deliver Systems development and verification activities against customer requirements.
• Good knowledge of Systems lifecycle required (development and V&V).
• May be involved in contributing to the new/updated design of a system architecture, updating/creating high-quality requirements, supporting creation of new / updated definition of robust system configuration & implementing changes to the functional & interface components in the software, hardware & mechanical design.
• May also support the creation & execution of Systems verification artefacts to ensure requirements are correctly met.
• Experience desirable of full lifecycle completeness & consistency as this role is targeted at a delta-project to make customer changes & associated verification for a previously completed project.
• Awareness & ideally experience of requirements, design, architecture, verification (manual & automated scripts), traceability, baseline control, change control, etc.
