HAZOP Chair

Contract Length: 40 days ad-hoc over 9 months

Location: Salisbury to chair meetings. Flexibility to WFH to writeup reports

IR35: Inside

Pay rate to candidate: £594 per day ad hoc pay range subject to IR35 status

Security Clearance: SC Cleared candidates will be prioritised

An experienced HAZOP Chair used to working with high hazard environments is required. You will prepare for Hazop by reviewing background information such as process description, P&ID diagrams plant photographs and safety & operating manuals for the process.

Key accountabilities:

• Agree composition of Hazop team Define the nodes to be studied Undertake Hazop analysis Draft Hazop report including all recommendations arising and present findings to stakeholders Provide clarification or guidance regarding to any questions arising from the Hazop report

Key requirements:

• Experienced HAZOP Chairman. Used to working with high hazard environments and in high potential areas. Experience writing HAZOP reports. Nuclear Background beneficial.
