CHANGE MANAGER URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR INITIAL 9 MONTH PUBLIC SECTOR CONTRACT IN LONDON

CTC CLEARED POSITION (sponsorship available)

2 DAYS ON SITE IN EITHER LONDON OR GLASGOW

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have the ability to identify, analyse and communicate with stakeholders using a variety of channels and methods to ensure those impacted by the changes are engaged effectively throughout the life of the Programme. They will need to ensure the diverse views and requirements of stakeholders are taken account of, appropriate to their level of influence and interest.
They will have excellent relationship management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience of influencing at all levels to ensure stakeholders are engaged effectively.
They will be driven, focused, and able to deliver at pace in a complex and often-changing delivery landscape.

Skills / Experience Required:

Essential: The role is a key part of a fast-paced programme, so extensive experience of supporting organisations through complex policy and/or technological transformation / business change is required.

Essential: The successful candidate will need to help lead and shape engagement across the department through a variety of different routes and styles, so strong stakeholder management experience is essential, alongside experience of creating and delivering operational or project communications through channels including email, newsletters, visuals, and the intranet.

Desirable: Experience of technology driven Cloud-based HR and Finance system implementation is not essential but would be beneficial.

Desirable: Experience of business benefits identification and tracking is also highly desirable.

Desirable: The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in an 'outsource environment' (as client and/or supplier) and delivering change in partnership with third parties.
