Service Delivery Manager

Utilising your expertise, extensive SAP experience and your strong stakeholder management skills to have the ability to communicate highly technical information and produce report writing with a good knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems

In essence the person in this role is the true subject matter expert to have the in depth IT architecture knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, deriving architectural designs and roadmaps, in depth understanding of application integration, essential stakeholder skills

What will we need from you?

Key Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise on the use of PLM and ERP/MRP applications across the full range of Business Strategy, Change Programmes, Business Operations and regulatory compliance.Work with Architecture, Operations and Information Assurance Leads to ensure that PLM and ERP/MRP applications are set and achieve appropriate Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability objectives.Communicate clearly with business users at all levels. Oversee the capture, recording and analysis of operating metrics for operations and applications within the PLM and ERP/MRP space.Maintain the focus on key strategic deliverables within the PLM and ERP/MRPspace. Build teams and set direction.

Qualifications required: No essential qualifications, but desirable advanced IT Skills

The nature of this opportunity means that you will be required to be Security Cleared prior to appointment so you must meet all the eligibility criteria to obtain UK Security Clearance.

The position sits Inside IR35 and is a site based opportunity.

The hourly rate for this will reflect the scope and significance of the client in their sector.
