UMBRACO AND C# EXPERIENCE SOUGHT AFTER

Essential skills and experience

· Demonstrate journalistic skills: writing; editing and headlines

· Show experience of using content management/publishing systems, preferably Umbraco

· Have organisational abilities: maintain filing systems; keep forward look to plan ahead and schedule content

· Track and measure web outputs and act on results to ensure continuous improvement. Experience of Google analytics.

· Demonstrate creativity with proven ability to maintain and further improve the quality and look of the website; maintain branding, use of images and variety and quality of content

· Have experience of implementing accessibility measures to ensure inclusivity

· Work as part of a team, to maintain and build new internal and external relationships to help maintain and grow registered users of the website

· C# coding

Nice-to-have skills and experience

· Additional content delivery skills such as photography and video skills.

· Experience of making/delivering podcasts

· General marketing and communication skills and an interest in contributing to other communication projects over and above the website
