Salary: Experience Dependent (minimum 40k, open ended maximum)

We are looking to employ an Operations Resource Manager with an ACTIVE DV CLEARANCE to join a quickly but organically growing organisation operating in the National Security Sector. Available is the feel of a start up but the stability of an organisation with a proven track record across the secure sectors. This role would perfectly suit any Junior PMs, PMOs or administrative individuals who are looking to gain experience in a operations led role.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager, taking a leading role in the coordination and allocation of the technical workforce across a range of pre-existing and upcoming projects. This position has a varied workload that will have you working with a number of different areas of the business, from account managers to business development managers, to the head of talent acquisition, as well as the technical workforce. As well as internal stakeholder engagement, you will be required to engage directly with the customer in understanding their requirements to effectively relay them to the organisation and act accordingly.

You will develop an excellent, in depth understanding of the customer, their ambitions and their mission. As a collaborative individual, you'll work effectively with Delivery Managers, Account Leads and Technical Leads, as well as the Operations team to build a comprehensive resource management plan.

Desired Skills

• Experience in National Security/Defence/Government Departments and an ACTIVE DV CLEARANCE
• Exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail
• The ability to create, manage, and improve existing process
• Experience in staff management and allocation, taking into account the project and individual needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to maintain high levels of project forecasting in fast-paced industry
