Data Advisory Team Lead

The Team
Hybrid role (1 to 2 days based within an UK location), Data Advisory's growth across a wide range of industries (incl Aerospace, Defence, Security, Central Government and National Infrastructure). Ranging a large multidiscipline project. Current size of team of 12 but with growth up to 30.
 

The Role

The Data Intelligence Practice: Data & Intelligence, is a vibrant community of 130+ Data Consultants covering several data specialisms including Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Information Management, Data Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Geospatial services, amongst several others.

We are currently looking for a lead to one of our four teams in the Practice.

The Data Advisory team:

Growing a team of 15 Data Advisory SMEs and be primarily responsible for the continued development of this high performing team along with the creation of relevant methodologies, frameworks and go-to market propositions supporting ongoing market penetration of the team key capabilities and offerings (Data Strategy & Culture, Data Analysis and Data Analytics & Visualisation).

Expand a growing footprint of Data Advisory services with our clients, by: Leading the definition of new frameworks and methodologies. Sponsor the creation of new innovative services and offerings.

Establish cross pollination pathways with other teams both in the practice and organisation.

What you can bring?

 

Experience in managing dynamic teams of 30 - 40+ staff, ideally in a geographically disperse settings, including career development and resourcing.

Experience in Data and/or Intelligence from an Advisory remit - primarily across Data and AI Strategy, with some experience and understanding in Data Analysis, Data Analytics and/or Data Visualisation would be a major plus. Pre-sales experience would be a plus, and prior experience in establishing go-to-market propositions / offerings would be amazing.
