EXCITING NEW REQUIREMENT FOR A PROJECT MANAGER TO JOIN A HIGHLY REPUTABLE CLIENT IN THE NATIONAL SECURITY SECTOR - CHELTENHAM

Permanent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

• Seeking an experienced Project Manager Agile working experience with large bespoke software projects DV clearance is essential (or SC with eDV eligibility) Salary of between £45,000 - £70,000 DOE DV Clearance bonus of £4,000 Hybrid working model, based in Cheltenham Around 3-4 days on-site per week

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will lead and motivate our teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that meet our clients' needs using agile techniques. You’ll need to be comfortable taking the lead on day-to-day client interface as well as discussing technology solutions with engineers. You will be managing the delivery of enterprise scale bespoke software projects across private and public sector. You will work closely with the key roles in the team, and lead the definition, scoping and planning of projects, as well as working successfully with your client to understand needs.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

• Demonstrable Project Management experience, in an Agile environment Consultancy experience essential Experience building bespoke/ complex software solutions from the ground up Recognised PM qualifications/ certifications desirable Owning the project constraints, including budget, timescale, resource, scope, risk and quality parameters and responsible for progress and other reporting to the customer Working closely with key roles in the team (i.e. senior BA, lead architect, s/w engineering lead, DevOps lead and QA) Excellent communication, negotiating and mentoring skills. Active SC clearance as a minimum, with eligibility to go through DV clearance.
