The Senior Project Engineer role is based within our Translink business area.

The role

The difference our new Senior Project Engineer will make
As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll play a key role as a Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE), ensuring that all employees are utilised to maximum efficiency and work produced meets the specification of the client.

Day to day, you'll direct and manage a team of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring physical implementation of project works are to correct technical standards and work as integral part of project team to ensure the safe, successful, and technically compliant delivery of the portfolio of allocated contracts.

Essential experience

⦁ Experience of being a Contractor Responsible Engineer (CRE)
⦁ Extensive experience on operational railway
⦁ Experience working in Projects
⦁ Self-starter
⦁ Experience being Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable)
