Job Description
Drive new business opportunities within Resourcing as a Senior Client Executive
Within Consulting, part of Capita Resourcing we offer two core products to our clients ??? IT skills development graduate scheme and an Employed Resource Model.
With your consultative sales approach and networking skills you will drive new business opportunities and expand existing services within the current client portfolio.
If you have a contractor/contingent recruitment background coupled with Business Development we would be interested in speaking to you further.  In return you will get a competitive basic salary with a great commission scheme.

What you???ll be doing:
    Develop a strong understanding of clients??? business objectives, with the aim of maximising our sell of value-added services, whilst providing a strategic approach on how we service all our clients and achievement of financial budgets across a portfolio of new and existing business Driving stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of pre identified clients in conjunction with the account management teams. Map out, develop and cultivate key client engagement at the right level, in the ???buying area??? Identify clients??? requirements and develop accountable solutions to deliver business results and drive innovation for clients To lead and execute client development plans for key client relationships (to deliver revenue against targets per client solution) To identify gaps for both the client and internally, and make strategic recommendations Work in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure current and prospect Capita Resourcing clients receive market reports, white papers, invitations to seminars, breakfast and roundtable events. 

What we???re looking for:
    Demonstrable track record of selling a range of exclusive, project and managed service models within staffing industry Experience of managing the end to end sales process from initial scoping, solution design, bid preparation, presentations Ability to demonstrate extensive and effective stakeholder engagement in addition to working alongside internal teams Business to business outbound sales and account management experience Ability to build and improve long term professional relations with customers/contacts Persuasive and able to use a wide range of influencing, negotiation and selling skills effectively
