Systems Consultant

Systems Consultant (DV) - Contract - London - £Competitive

Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Systems Consultant to work at a leading defence client based in London on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be required to work with, and lead where required, teams of technical engineers and analysts, to drive forward the development of complex defence systems.

Will also work with technical Leads and directors to analyse existing products, and contribute to the design of new products in accordance with the needs of the teams.  Will also be required to work with offshore teams to establish collaboration between ecosystems.

Experience required:

- A technical background that could include experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Designer or Engineer would also be beneficial to this role, and an adaptability to work across functions

- Previous experience in the defence sector would be highly desirable

- A knowledge of defence systems, and how systems work together, as well as the ability to analyse in-depth technical documentation.

- Knowledge of, experience with, or an interest in, Cyber security or intelligence systems would be preferred

- Technical requirements management experience

- Previous work within an Agile environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Will need to engage with stakeholders at a high-level so will need to be confident in building networks with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Due to the nature of the client, it would be an advantage for candidates to hold, or be eligible and willing to undergo, a certain level of security clearance (DV).
