WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting Lead Software Engineers to work with a multi-national, industry-leading cyber security/defence company in Manchester.

WHAT WILL THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER BE DOING?

As a Software Engineer, you will design and deliver packages of bespoke work, lead agile development teams and liaise with our customers. You will work through the entire software development life cycle from requirements capture to R&D, implementation to automation.

If you’re interested in working with emerging technologies such as machine learning, data science and AWS, we’ll help you cross-train into these areas to ensure you can be at the forefront of technology.

WE NEED THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER TO HAVE….

• Java Development
• Technical Leadership
• A desire to learn a broad range of Java technologies
• Current DV Clearance
• Experience / Knowledge of automation

IT WOULD BE NICE FOR THE LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER TO HAVE….

• Cloud-based experience
• Microservice architecture or serverless architecture
• Big Data / Messaging technologies such as Apache Nifi / MiNiFi / Kafka
