Cyber Project Manager

Job Role

• The role will be responsible for leading and managing cyber security to enable new capabilities to be delivered for MOD deployable ICS capabilities.  
• The incumbent will be responsible for the identification and use of SIEM and logging tools and advising and supporting the technical design teams on their use and integration onto the deployable ICS capabilities. 
• They will be responsible for chairing Security Event Management meetings and representing the client at Security WGs.  
• They will manage RAID logs and act as the primary interface to the MOD’s Joint Cyber Unit.  
• They will also be responsible for wider stakeholder management including with the Front Line Commands and fiscal management of the proposed solutions. 

Essential Skills. 

·         The incumbent should ideally understand UK MOD Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), have working experience of JSP 604 Rule 11.  

·         Working knowledge of ISO27001 

·         Working knowledge of NIST Cyber Framework 

·         Pj Mgmt background 

·         ITIL Ver 3 or 4 Foundation 

·         Good planning and organisational skills 

Desirable Skills. 

·         CISSP or CISM quals. 

·         SANS CIS Controls 

·         Working knowledge of SIEMS 

·         Detection Engineering 

·         Cyber Log Management 

·         Business Continuity and Resilience 

·         Knowledge of MOD CSOC CONOPS 

·         Fiscal Reporting experience 

·         Knowledge of deployable MOD CIS in multi-mission domains
