Test Engineer (SC Cleared)

We are on the lookout for a Test Engineer to join the project of a Global Consultancy to work for one of their end clients operating in the Banking & Finance sector.

Contract: Initial 6-months with view to extend!

Location: Newcastle / On site in Newcastle upon Tyne

Requirements

• Someone who Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle
• Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite
• Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration
• Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

1. Automation API & UI (preferably JAVA, ideally Karate) 2+ years
2. Github
3. Jenkins (CI/CD Pipelines)
4. Artifactory
5. JIRA / JIRA Xray


Contractors must have current SC clearance or an SC clearance which has been used in the last 12 months.
