NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR A BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER IN LONDON FOR A LEADING CONSULTANCY (MUST BE SC CLEARED)

• Permanent opportunity for a Business Change Manager to work for a leading consultancy working on central government projects
• Must have SC/DV clearance to start 
• Up to £50,000 - £75,000 Enhanced benefits package
• London-based in an easily accessible location (primarily home-based) 

WHAT WILL THE BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER BE DOING? 

This is a unique opportunity for a change specialist to lead and manage technology centred change projects for central government clients, you will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across strategy business design and change management to identify and assess impacts of technological change on business processes, systems and organisational structures.

THE BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE:

• UK SC Clearance or higher Proven and demonstratable Business Change experience around technological change
• Experience working with the UK Government/ Public Sector is desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills 
• Ability to create collaborative environments 
• Ability to combine strong technical knowledge with excellent personal skills 
• Certifications such as PROSCI/ APMG Change Management Practitioner/ MSP accreditation or equivalent accreditation desirable but not essential.
