The role
The difference our new Signalling CRE / Senior Project Engineer will make
As a Signalling CRE / Senior Project Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be working within our project teams and will be required to undertake the day-to-day management and co-ordination of the technical and engineering activities for the implementation of the signalling discipline on large, multi-disciplinary projects.

Day to day, you will be liasing with the design and construction teams, ensure that all signalling construction works comply with all standards, legislation and specifications.

Essential experience:
• Evidence of being a signalling construction CRE is essential and CEM is desirable
• Experience of delivering signalling work in an operational environment and on large multi-disciplinary projects is essential
• Experience of liaison with design and successful contribution to the design development through IDC processes is essential
• Fully conversant with railway structure and associated safety matters
• Holding a IRSE engineering manager license is preferred
• Has or is actively working towards professional registration
• Relevant engineering HNC/D or degree is desirable
