PMO Analyst

Role Responsibilities

• Experienced PMOs (5yrs+) ideally confident with JIRA. Planning and scheduling – Ensure systems are in place to enable effective planning and scheduling Monitoring and reporting – Manage project controls, supporting the PMs with accurate status reporting and maintenance of the schedule in JIRA / Programme MSP. Supporting PM to accurately maintain the resource profile and resource forecast throughout the Programme delivery lifecycle Stakeholder – Manage and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Draft and sign-off correspondence RAID Management – Ensuring the Programme Control log is maintained (including internal dependencies are interlock on JIRA), supporting with workstream RAID deep dives and the collation of risk mitigation plans, and pro-active identification of new RAIDs. Quality Management – Pro-actively logging evidence of milestone completion, ensuring adherence to the Bank’s One Framework process and the Programme’s Quality Management Principles Change Management – Supporting the PM to ensure that the CR process is followed and change is properly impact assessed Compliance / Admin – Ensure organisational tasks are carried out efficiently. Manage compliance of the project with Departmental Security, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Business Continuity and Business Planning
