We are looking for a NSSR (Non-Standard Service Request) Project manager to join our clients Project management team and handle NSSR across network projects (they receive 25-30 new NSSR's each month). NSSR will deliver business as usual (BAU) proven solutions that need project management.

A typical NSSR project can include the following but not limited to:

LAN Infrastructure

• Passive Cabling
• Cross site cabling
• Patching
• New Cabs
• New switches
• Commissioning
• Decommissioning

WAN Infrastructure

• Circuit ordering
• Circuit infrastructure
• Commissioning
• Decommissioning

Responsibilities:

• To manage, deliver and close 25 NSSRs per year
• Accountable and responsible for confirming Requirements with the Client Authority (CA) on receipt of the request
• Accountable and responsible for engaging with the required resolver groups to brief and schedule a site survey if required
• Accountable and responsible of ensuring the survey outputs are documented and handed over to the CSA to create the Impact Assessment (IA)
• Accountable and responsible for reviewing the IA as part of the review process
