Finance Manager - SC Cleared

A finance manager and assistant finance manager are needed. You will be responsible for providing corporate finance services including planning, in-year management, project accounting and governance, investment appraisal and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensure accounts are robust, and information is accurately maintained and reconciled.
- Undertake reviews of business cases and financial accounting returns and processes
- Delivery of compliance and governance framework including discharge of financial requirements, VFM and affordability scrutiny, assurance and financial concurrence.
- Provision of cost models to support evaluation of industry bids and in support of financial approvals
- Delivery of long term planning submissions (PCR) and annual budget cycle (ABC)
- Delivery of in year budget and forecast


This role is based on a hybrid working model. You will be required in Corsham 3-4 days per week initially before reducing down to a couple of days. The rest of the time will be working remotely.
