Here at Serco we are looking for Resource Assistant to join our Education Leadership team within Citizen Services.

As Resource Assistant you will assist with the development and delivery of our leadership training programmes. You will be interviewing new starters and ensuring they are on the right programme, alongside supporting the Programme Manager with customer creation forms.

You will communicate with partner organisations, updating learner data and prepare and despatch certificates of completion.

What you will need to do the role

Ideally you will have experience in recruitment or a similar background. You will have excellent communication, accurate recording and computer skills. Have computing experience (comfortable with Excel and Word) and excellent planning and organisation skills.

Most importantly you will be customer focused with a welcoming nature.
