The Opportunity

CMC are looking for a business analyst highly experienced with the ServiceNow product to work on a public sector contract to interpret the needs of specific business areas, translate the needs into User Stories, enable the design and development of ServiceNow flows and solutions to meet requirements. Working alongside users and agile team you will improve the capability, usability and stability of the ServiceNow platform. You will also engage in agile ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, reporting and dependency management.

About you

You must be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:
* Business analysis - able to translate business needs into User Stories
* Agile skills, experience working in an agile methodology and able to apply agile practices
* Able to articulate Risks Issues and Dependencies
* Able to lead other BA's and mentor others, develop best practice and contribute to communities of practice activities.
* Experience of ServiceNow, previous ServiceNow projects and using ServiceNow to document requirements
* Strong stakeholder skills and ability to deal with stakeholders and multiple levels of the organisation
* Strong analytical skills
* Documenting and defining business processes and obtaining stakeholder sign off
* Able to analyse complex/large data, producing meaningful insight and present visually
* Ability to translate business requirements into process and technical requirements

Ideally you will also demonstrate the following experience:
* Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes and supporting technology

Role is offered as hybrid working, 5 working days per week with an expectation to be on-site at least 40% of the working time.
