Salary: ??50,000 - ??85,000 (dependent on experience)

As a Learning from Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for deploying the strategic direction, tactical delivery and support of the Learning from Experience (LFE) capability across the organisation. Through leadership, collaboration and deployment of the AWE LFE programme and create a framework for systemic organisational learning and provide assurance that the principles and methodologies are consistently applied across the organisation. Relocation package available.

Successful applicants for the Learning from Experience Team Leader role will have the following experience:

??      Proven experience of developing and deploying LFE strategy in a large complex environment

??      Experience of working with regulators and third-party auditors

??      Experience of leading successful change and transformation

??      Experienced negotiator with excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation and communication skills

??      Knowledge of process and UK occupational health, safety and environmental standards

??      Proven experience of deploying Learning from Experience including the development and introduction of new ways of working, delivering appropriate solutions in a cost effective and cost-efficient way

??  Experience forging positive relationships with and influencing stakeholders with an ability to communicate effectively

??      Significant experience in problem solving and continuous improvement

Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
