IT Delivery Manager (Inside IR35)

 

Contract Term: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid ( 1-2 days a week in Corsham)

SC clearance is required for this role therefore the successful candidate must be willing to undergo security clearance.

As an IT Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities would be: 

 

Duties:

 

  • Develop, maintain and publish the schedules for each of the IUS projects* Coordinate and manage the Site Readiness Team (SRT) activities in support of each of the IUS projects* There are several supplier dependencies that need to be met prior to these activities commencing. On a bi-monthly basis, produce a highlight report for the internal Project Board covering each of the IUS projects*. On a bi-monthly basis, produce slides for the external Project Board covering each of the IUS projects*. Conduct monthly financial reviews for each of the IUS projects*. Manage the receipt, endorsement and invoicing of milestone payments for each of the IUS projects*. Populate and maintain risks on ARM for each of the IUS projects*. Create and develop business case(s), as required, for each of the IUS projects*. Produce a weekly Successes, Opportunities, Failures, Threats, Escalations & Comms (SOFTEC) briefing to IUS Asst Head Produce a monthly project status report

 

 

Essential:

  • Delivery of complex IT solutions – need to be able to provide examples. Stakeholder management – internal & external. Microsoft Project SC clearance is required for this role therefore the successful candidate must be willing to undergo security clearance. 
  • Previous Project Management experience working within the MOD Working knowledge of Project Online Writing MOD Business and Commitment Cases Finance Planning and Management Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency and Opportunity Management Previous experience of delivering complex IT systems Communications and Stakeholder Management Dealing with 3rd Party Suppliers
