The Business Analyst role is based within our Digital Services business area.

The role

The difference our new Business Analyst will make
As a Business Analyst, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. As part of the Digital Solutions team within Babcock Nuclear you'll form part of an amazing, diverse and inclusive team of talented people that provide specialist knowledge management and technical expertise on a range of interesting products, technologies and collaborative solutions that support both our internal and external Royal Navy customers.

Day to day, you'll lead small to medium scale projects within a variety of transformation programmes, deliver detailed requirements, solutions and functional specifications, develop strong customer relationships based on confidence and trust and collaborate with the technical architecture team in the development of system architecture design and documentation.

Essential experience
• Demonstrable Business Analysis experience, if you have BCS BA qualifications, they are beneficial but not essential. Proven working experience
• Full Software Delivery Lifecycle experience within agile software delivery projects
• Experienced in detailed requirement gathering, mapping processes (AS IS TO BE).
• Requirement capturing and management
• You must be a British National. Must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance
