SC Cleared Service Level Analyst - Inside IR35
Contract Term: 6 Months with potential for extension
Contracting Authority: The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in either London or Milton Keynes 


The Service Level Management capability sits within the Service Centre function, enabling ongoing improvement to service quality by setting and monitoring metrics that are a reflection of the customer’s service expectations and needs. security, defend our values, reduce poverty and tackle global challenges with our international partners.
The Service Level Analyst is a role within the IT Service Management department of the Information and Digital Directorate (IDD), reporting into the Senior Service Level Manager. They will support the Service Level Management process, policy and governance procedures.
The Service Level Analyst supports the overall quality of the process and develops reporting management information for all metrics against IT Service Management services including Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).


As a Service Level Analyst your main responsibilities would be: 
•    Providing updates and notifications to the Senior Service Level Manager where SLAs are trending towards breaches.
•    Producing Service Level Management reporting and management information to inform the Senior Service Level Manager of progress against OLAs and in some cases SLAs, SLA breaches and improvement opportunities.
•    Supporting the identification of metrics and measurements that are a reflection of customer’s experience and level of satisfaction with the service.
•    Documenting all service level targets and measures including scope, thresholds and owners.
•    Supporting governance between ITSM, wider IDD and other FCDO Directorates, including third party suppliers as appropriate.
•    Documenting and maintaining Service Level Management processes and procedures. 
•    Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service, working with others to improve the user experience, simplify processes and improve efficiency of IT Services to enable the Government’s diplomatic, development and consular work around the world.


You’ll have relevant experience in:

•    Performance Measurement. 
•    Understanding Constraints. 
•    User Centred Analysis. 
•    Communicating Analysis and Insight.
•    An active SC Clearance is essential for this role.
