Graduate SOC Analyst

We are currently looking for a graduate SOC Analyst to join our Graduate Scheme working as part of our technical team in Farnborough, developing cutting-edge next generation experimental and POC technology solutions within the Defence & Security sector.

A few details about the role
As a graduate SOC Analyst with SiXworks you will be exposed to cutting edge technologies and development, giving you the opportunity to work in a fast-past and exciting area of the Defence industry. You will gain a wide array of experience in your day-to-day role and work to deliver exciting and innovative technical solutions as part of a team of subject matter experts. As part of your role, you will find yourself:

  • Protecting customer and internal systems from cyber threats
  • Experiencing the multiple aspects to delivering enterprise security services
  • Presenting to customers and other stakeholder
  • You can expect to be working closely with all our operational teams and senior management on a daily basis. Throughout the programme we will support you through training and development, giving you the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge.

We ask you have the following

  • We are looking for bright and enthusiastic graduates who have a passion for solving technical problems with an ability to work both independently and in a team. You must have a willingness to learn new skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Our Graduate Programme is open to prospective graduates with a STEM based degree. Industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential (i.e. internship/placement).
  • Successful candidates will share our values, but continue to look at ways in which we can improve.
