Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager with experience working in secure facilities responsible for initiating and leading tasks and processes.

What you will be doing... 

- Provide support to the Account Manager for the development of successful strategy for the Account 

- Develop operational structure to suit the specific needs of the Account 

- Ensure CAFM systems are in place to optimise the management of all planned and reactive works 

- Develop management resource plans 

- Suppport Account Manager and Commercial Teams in managing the Account's finances 

- Ensure correct commercial procedures are followed to ensure the clients budgets requirements are adhered to and the Account does not fall into financial risk 

- Develop quotes / business cases out of scope / additional works
