We currently have an exciting role for an Administrator to join our busy Belfast based team, this position plays a critical role in the day to day success of the department and will offer the successful candidate a wealth of opportunities to learn and develop.

Within this role you will be taking inbound calls from our clients and dealing with a variety of queries, ensuring a right first time result is achieved wherever possible

 What you???ll be doing:

  • Provides administrative support and coordination activities for a team of people
  • Answering telephone (Inbound calls)
  • Taking messages and answering general queries for NICS staff on payroll, absence recruitment and HR
  • Carrying out administrative tasks for Contact Centre.


What we???re looking for:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Some administrative or customer management experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a busy environment whilst managing own workload
  • Excellent team working skills
