37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (However we can be flexible)
£17,000 to £22,000 per annum

Here at Serco, we're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join us at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.

James Cook provides a wide range of district general hospital services and specialist services such as neurosciences, renal medicine, spinal injuries, major trauma, cardiothoracic, vascular surgery, gynaecology, urology, cochlear implant, and cancer services.

It has a 24-hour emergency department which houses the major trauma centre for Durham, East Cleveland, Tees Valley, and North Yorkshire and has its own helipad.

In the role of the facilities Coordinator, you will liaise with the Assistant Facilities Manager / Facilities Manager for day-to-day operational issues within the building and provide defined services as required.

This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship and administrative skills. Working as part of a team, you will be expected to build strong local relationships with the client and internal teams.

What you'll need to do the role

To be considered for the role it's desirable that you have previous business experience, level 3 NVQ or certificate level of qualification or Graduate entry point, however full training will be provided.
