Our client requires an experienced DV Security Cleared Office Administrator (Inside IR35) to provide office administration support to the day today running of the office. Primary admin task is to manage customer enquiries by prioritising communications e.g. email and other means and coordinating with the business to satisfactory closure.

We are also interested in hearing from applicants who seek a part-time or full time Permanent contract. Either option is considered. Flexible working is offered by arrangement.

Typical duties will be include; arranging meetings, escorting clients, booking rooms/facilities, use excel, word and/or PowerPoint to generate adhoc reports, filing and any other adhoc office administration support as required. Essential: You will have worked in an office administration support role previously to support day to day operations, competent user of Microsoft products e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, good communication and organisational skills. This role will utilise DV Clearance as part of the role. Applicants must hold DV Clearance or be able to able to achieve then the required level prior to starting the role.
