Here at Serco, we are seeking x2 Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team and provide general administrative support on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.

Our ever-growing payroll team is looking for a team player with the ability to update payroll systems, gather, calculate, and input data. You will support the payroll team with query resolution via phone, email and occasionally letters regarding queries about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.

What you'll need to do the role
First and foremost, you'll need to have experience working in an administration role in a fast-paced environment. Payroll experience is not essential. You will be comfortable with using the Microsoft Suite and learning new IT systems. You will have exceptional time management and organisational skills. Lastly, you will be able to prioritize and multitask effectively and to meet business needs.
