Are you a result driven IT Project Manager who understands both agile and waterfall methodologies within a technical environment? If so, then this maybe the role for you!

As our new IT Project Manager, you will take accountability for the successful delivery of projects, by leading and driving the project delivery across a number of IT infrastructure, Software and business process related projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for leading Change Requests raised by the client and internal teams
  • Enable and support the timely delivery of Scrum Deliverables as required, ensuring they are up to quality standards and meet the requirements definition
  • Responsible for supporting Clients to document definitive and testable requirements
  • Package up Proposals for Change to the client, considering resource, cost and implementation
    Enable and facilitate collaboration and cooperation among all Scrum Team members and help to resolve any issues related to the Team’s activities
  • Ensure that the relevant "Scrum Artefacts" and project documentation facilitate visibility of the development of the Product to the Scrum Team and Stakeholders
  • Facilitate and support all Sprint meetings (including enforcement of time boxes for such meetings)
  • Capture and record data generated (e.g. during Sprint/project/change meetings) by the Change Team to facilitate adjustment of forecasts in relation to Sprint and releases
  • Oversight of the identification and management of the project’ s Risks and Issues ensuring that all are routinely actively managed
  • Ensure that inter workstream dependencies are managed effectively to deliver quality output
  • Ensure that the assurance and quality processes are adhered to
  • Conduct weekly Project financial checks and balances to ensure that the project cost model is accurate and in date

What you will bring:

  • Experience as an Agile PM/Scrum Master/Waterfall PM
  • Experience in taking a customer on a journey
  • Have good understanding of IT implementation and change


Would be great if you had:

  • Experience of implementing Oracle Applications (including the use of Oracle Unified Method), although not essential would be advantageous  
  • Experience of acting as a PM or Scrum Master for a Scrum Team operating as part of an Agile release train

Employment type: Full-time, permanent 
Location: London EC1/ Hybrid working
Security Clearance Level: Must be eligible and willing to undergo DV MOD Clearance
