Role Summary
The Quality Administrator provides professional administration support to the Quality Department, while aligning tasks with the team's goals and business objectives. It is an ideal position for an experienced Administrator or for someone who has some experience but who has a great attitude to learning and growth and is keen to build on their professional experience within a fantastic company and a supportive, high performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will be working in a fast paced environment so will need to be organised, responsive and you will have great interpersonal and communication skills.
Core Responsibilities
• Navigate, support and administrate document retention systems
• Support transition of data between old and new databases • Provide basic quality support and direction to internal and external parties
• Support with the application of concessions to customers
• Stays curious in their approach and continually looks for areas where process improvement can be achieved.
• Carefully handles sensitive and confidential information/situations and documentation
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
1-2 years Administration experience
Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook An understanding of SAP
Previous experience within Manufacturing is essential for this role
Experience in nonconformities in products would be beneficial
Reporting
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like exposure to a leading Quality department or for a person to transition down from a Quality Inspection or Quality Engineer position
