You will provide a comprehensive secretarial and personal assistant service to the Organisational Learning & Workforce Development Branch Leads/Senior Leadership Team members which will include; diary management, actioning incoming mail and email, maintaining filing systems, arranging, preparing the agenda and taking minutes of meetings as well as dealing with telephone and message queries.
It is essential to the role that you have experience of audio typing. You will be capable of working on your own initiative dealing with personnel at all levels and with issues of a confidential nature. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with experience of developing and implementing administrative systems and of using software packages, including spreadsheets and databases are essential to this post, displaying accuracy and attention to detail is also essential
