BRAND NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR A CLIENT IN GREATER LONDON FOR A USER RESEARCHER - DV CLEARANCE

• Contract opportunity for a User Researcher
• Wyton and Northwood based client with mainly remote work
• DV Clearance is essential
• Experience working with the UK Government is desirable
• 6-month contract
• Day rate up to £630pd inside IR35 plus expenses
• Occasional travel to Bristol or Corsham (expenses paid)

We are recruiting a User Researcher for a prestigious client in Greater London. Our teams are what leads us forward and we are therefore looking for the best talent to join us as we continue to bring the best to the table. Due to the nature of our clients, you must have DV clearance.

WHAT WILL THE RESEARCH KNOWLEDGE SPECIALIST BE DOING?

You will be planning, running, and analysing research sessions and helping set the direction of the project. You’ll be working as part of a team with product owners, designers, and developers to make design decisions that will improve user experience. The goal is to turn research into actionable outcomes by obtaining a deep understanding of people’s needs and behaviours.

WE NEED THE RESEARCH KNOWLEDGE SPECIALIST TO HAVE….

• MOD DV Clearance is essential
• Experience user-centred designing and a strong understanding of human-computer interaction
• Experience planning, running, and analysing research sessions
• Experience interviewing, and completing user testing and analysis
• Skilled in creating reporting materials & surveys
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
