As a Governance and Reporting Manager your main responsibilities would be: 

  • Providing the lead on all Governance activity including the staffing of Delivery Confidence Assessment updates, SRO comments and regular reporting on Project Online, PMRS or any other required reporting system. Ensuring that appropriate updates are captured from stakeholders and final updates are endorsed by SROs and Programme Directors. Establish a battle rhythm of Governance reporting and communicate it will all staff.
  • PCPO policy, draft and own terms of reference for all Programme and Project Governance boards and define roles of board members. Work with SROs and Programme Directors to draft board agendas. Keep log of board decisions and owners. Work with decision owners to provide report updates. Conduct data analysis and present at relevant boards.
  • Supporting the development of Business Cases, providing input and drafting any required governance sections. Liaise with Business Case investment approval boards such as AIC and IAC etc to ensure Programmes secure timely slots at all relevant approval boards. Support the development of appropriate papers for Investment approval boards.
  • Liaising with all controls stakeholders to gather relevant P3M data. review it, and work with stakeholders to resolve any anomalies or gaps.
  • Working with the SRO/Programme Directors and Programme Controls team members to provide data for Change Control requests. Present change control requests to relevant board and disseminate the outcome.
  • Providing direct support to SROs and Programme Directors for all Programme Governance Boards, ensuring the timely production of data, championing the use of Project Online and management information to inform decision making.
  • Implementing knowledge and information process. Advise the project on correct processes and lead the lessons learned process.
