As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities would be: 

  • Support the delivery of the project’s objectives.
  • Develop, maintain and document appropriate plans and controls for the project in line with the change lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling.
  • Prepare project performance reports, presenting statistics and researching new information.
  • Ensure organisational tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Manage Issues, Risks, Assumptions and Dependencies and other controls.
  • Responsible for identifying, developing and deploying resources.
  • Manage workforce planning, providing information for effective decision making to the Project Manager.
  • Build professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Draft and sign-off correspondence.
  • Monitor project spend and contribute to the compilation of budgets and the development of the business case.
  • Work with risk managers to manage potential risk areas, escalating as appropriate.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

  • Project Delivery
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • AMP or MSP Qualification

Desirable Criteria: 

  • MoD experience
  • Tech/Digital experience
